There is a 3D motion sensor installed inside the InBody BAND2 to recognize movement. The size, period, direction, and speed of the movement are sensed and calculated based on steps, distance of activity, time of activity and calories burned.

The InBody BAND2 is waterproof to use in the shower and in an environment where the water pressure is not high, as per international standard IP68.

The battery consumption varies depending on usage. After InBody BAND2 is fully charged, it should last around 3 to 4 days when all functions are turned on.
